Caloric Wii

Today my 17yo astray pregnant daughter told me she’d like us to raise her baby coz she’s just not ready to settle down and lose her freedom [Duh!].
I told her at the beginning that i’d like to set her up in a little flat [in our town, not 12 hours away where she is] and teach her to be a mum. But that’s not for her apparently. She’s a street kid, because she likes that lifestyle. No bills, no responsibilities, no-one to answer to etc.
So now she’s said she’d like to come down to stay with us, have the baby, leave him here [signing over all legal rights] and go back to what she does.
As much as it hurts that she doesn’t want better for her life, i’m glad she wants better for her baby than that life. But while she’s here i’d drag her around to various doctors, seeing whats available to ensure this doesn’t happen again! In the meantime, apparently we are going to be parents again. I don’t know weather to be excited or grieve lol

I was lucky enough to have a sleep-in this morning, WooHooooo!
I had a go at jogging on the Wii fit, but i think i’m just too big to put that kind of pressure on my joints at the moment. For every 1 kilo pressure that is already on your knees, when we exercise, the knees feel 4 kilos of pressure*. So my knees, being as rooted as they are, are absolute champs!! The jogging hurt, but i kept it up for the 3 minutes that the first course took. I better not have another go until i’ve lost a few [lots] more kilos

I didn’t have enough calories today because my breakfast was a brunch. But by the time i worked my daily cals out, it was too late. At 9:30pm i don’t want to go foraging through the pantry, looking fot calorie intensive snacks, y’know? I’ll have to start putting my calories in the computer as i eat them.

Here’s what i ate today:
Breakfast: Baked beans, eggs, mushrooms and tomatoes on 2 x grainy toast + 2 x coffee
Lunch: Muesli bar and a banana + Pepsi Max
Dinner: Baked fish fillet and garden salad with Pepsi Max
I walked for 20 mins and did that Wii jog, some step aerobics, and some hula hooping. I had 5 glasses of water.
I have used 1329 out of my net daily budget of 2000 calories and have 671 calories remaining. 25% of the calories are from fat, 22% from protein, 53% from carbs and 0% from alcohol.

Today’s Triumph: I got piggy at dinner and cooked 2 fish fillets instead of one. But by the time it cooked i felt guilty so i gave one to the cats :o )
